Gym Time

Purpose: To provide an age-appropriate activity for youth on teacher workdays, holidays, and inclement weather days

Goal:  To promote fitness, structure, and discipline in a safe environment.

Pre-Registration Required

Form MUST be signed by parent or guardian.

Anyone breaking rules or behaving inappropriately will be dismissed from program!

10 - 11 AM           Elementary School Students

Cost: $1 per child or $2 per family

Piano Classes   Classes are 20-minute one-on-one lessons. A special piano program is given in December and May,which will give the students an opportunity to perform. Performing in this program is not mandatory.

Cost is $36.00/month

Guitar Classes   Classes are 30-minute one-on-one lessons. Acoustic or Electric.

Cost is $40.00/month and $12.00 book/CD

Summer Day Camp

For kids completing Kindergarten through 5th grade the current school year.
June 21 - 25 and June 28 - July 2, 2010
8:30 AM - 3 PM Monday - Friday
Includes games, activities, arts and crafts, music, field trips and more!
Registration opens May 1.

Cost:

Madison/Mayodan Taxpayer:   

$70/week for first child

$60/week each additional child

Non-Residents:

$80/week for first child

$70/week each additional child

After-hours care

3 - 5:30 p.m.

Before-hours care

7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

$10/week per child for both
